Niagara Falls State Park is open the whole year, all 365 days, 24 hours a day. And you can visit it entirely for free. But, you need to pay attention to the working hours of the Niagara Falls visitor center and surrounding attractions. Even though you can visit the State Park for free, you must purchase tickets for the Niagara Falls attractions.
